Since working at Annie Creamcheese in Georgetown, I have had the chance to work with many amazing girls from all over ranging from Florida to New Jersey. I love my coworkers, and I thought, hey, why not feature one of them and their own vintage store as my first real post on my blog!

| Currently for sale. Kelcie, one of my lovely coworkers, is amazing; she is nice, stylish, and real but to top it all off, she and her best friend, run their own successful vintage clothing store online. Mila and Fire Vintage. |
What is really great about their shop is that not only do they sell vintage clothing, but they sell sexy and stylish pieces. You won't find any grandma dresses, or worn out boots. On the contrary, you will find rainbow sequins, black platform Clueless 90s platforms, and barely used vintage designer handbags.
What I particularly love about Mila and Fire Vintage is that it seems that all of their clothing has a theme which is eloquently suggested on their website, "All of the items are hand-picked vintage, thrift, and contemporary finds that exude an energy of individualism, style, and sex." It might just be that the models for the store wears the clothing well, but I do not think so. The clothing truly appears to be especially hand picked to emanate femininity, class, and funkiness.
If you want some sexy and authentic vintage clothing for a night on the town or to wear on the first day of school, shop at their online store! Did I mention, their prices are to die for?
Speaking of nights on the town, Mila and Fire will be celebreating their one year anniversary on September 8th during Fashion's Night Out in DC!
So remember mark your calender and attend this free and fun showcase!
Xoxo,
Carolyn
